Gas companies Firmus Energy and SSE Airtricity Gas in Northern Ireland have the same customer ratings this year (62 percent). Firmus Energy was the only company to sell two stars for the digital tools it offers for consumers (e.g. in the region where you can run your account online) that they feel are bad. They have a low score compared with small electric companies and the largest energy provider. All other businesses (with appropriate answers to determine an assessment) have received a fair evaluation of their digital equipment. If you have gas in your house and you live in Greater Belfast, you can choose between the two companies. When you live in Ten Towns, Firmus Energy will otherwise be your provider. Around 500 households in the west area have so far been linked, but this will be increased.
