As the principal adviser, Sofie Mark was promoted. At the end of 2015, she joined Valcon, having earlier gained experiences in Koncernservice and Geelmuyden-Kiese, a Norway-based public relations and communications firm. she joined Valcon.
In the second quarter of 2018, Mathilda Björkman led Försäkringskassan – the Swedish mutual insurer – for thirteen years. At the government institution, she led a team of 20 professionals in charge of the recovery of health care professionals.
The third new Principal Consultant is Christian Hornskov Jørgensen. He specializes in operations, supply chain, procurement, and externalization. Haldor Topsoe, a Danish supplier of catalysts and proprietary technology for the chemical and refinery industries, has previously worked six years in sales and supply chains.
Sabrina Rozenfeld Cederholm was promoted from Senior Consultant to Lead Consultant four and a half years after leaving the consulting firm. She focuses mainly on the areas of operational management, transformation finance and performance management, strategy implementation.
Lucas Netzell was raised to the level of Lead Consultant. He has participated in several digitalization projects, from analysis and process definition to implementation, during the last five years. Its customers are mainly in the energy, IT and building sectors.
He has been promoted to Senior Advisor for Christopher Johan Jarden. He has held roles in strategy & markets and management practices in business performance and is based in Copenhagen.
After graduating, Lærke Lisbonneau Lund-Sørensen joined Valcon and has participated in process optimization, business excellence, funding, advanced analytics, and turnaround commitments.
At the beginning of 2018, Oliver Gunsch joined Valcon and rose from Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant. He mainly works in the supply chain field to help consumers develop their production, transport and distribution value chain while at the same time reducing costs.
In 2018, and in September that year, Peter Bidstrup graduated from the Copenhagen Business School.
